The problem

Most women delay more than they realize.

Not because they do not care.

Because nobody built a system designed for women's preventive health.

  • Hormonal changes

  • Ferritin and iron

  • Thyroid health

  • Vitamin D

  • Blood sugar markers

  • Cardiovascular screening

  • Cycle irregularities

  • Stress and sleep patterns

  • PCOS or endometriosis signals

Most women recognize at least 3 things they have postponed, ignored, or never checked.

That is not failure. It is missing infrastructure.

Here is what that looks like

Scattered data

Lab results across PDFs, emails, and portals — no single place to see them.

No clear overview

You don't know what's been done vs what's still missing.

Unclear next steps

No idea what to check next, or when it should happen.

No follow-through

Even when you know what's needed, booking and follow-through is a hassle.

So things get delayed, forgotten, or never done.

What women commonly miss.

I thought being exhausted all the time was normal.

Later connected with iron deficiency patterns.

I wish I knew earlier.

I postponed hormone testing for 5 years.

Because nothing felt 'serious enough.'

No one explained cardiovascular risk differently for women.

Patterns were recognized only after symptoms escalated.

I wish I knew earlier.

FOUNDER'S NOTE

I’m building this for my mother, my daughter, and myself.

I first understood how much women’s health is dismissed when my mother developed cancer and did not get the right checkups in time. The treatment that followed was harder than it should have been.

Now she is fighting cancer for the second time — again diagnosed late, again shaped by the belief that symptoms are only serious when they become unbearable.

I’m building this product because women deserve better prevention, better context, and better reasons to pay attention earlier. That belief has shaped my work across healthtech, diagnostics, preventive medicine, and women’s health product development. For my mother. For my daughter. For me.
